Petitioners Need 2,115 Valid Signatures To Protest Tax Increases

Today is the deadline for organizers to hand in signatures in an effort to hold up two Summit County tax increases. As of Monday morning, protestor Jacqueline Smith said she had gathered between 1800 and 1900 signatures to hold up increases for the County’s Municipal Fund and for its Service Area #6.
