The Summit County Council on Wednesday looked at some difficult budget options, now that two tax increases they approved, amounting to $1.6 million dollars – have been put on hold for two years by citizen petition drives. One option they debated was, simply, a re-do – proposing the tax increases again and reinstating them in the 2013 budget. Rick Brough has more.
