Probably the most important items for county residents on Summit County Council agenda Wednesday are public hearings on two proposed tax increases. The hearings, set for 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Coalville Courthouse, will increase levies for the county’s Municipal Fund and for Service Area #6. Rick Brough has more.
