Summit County Sheriff’s Deputies responded earlier Tuesday to a report of a disturbed man with a rifle in the High Uintas near the Mirror Lake Highway. An 18-year-old South Summit resident gave himself up to officers and was booked into County Jail. No one was harmed in the incident. Rick Brough has more.
