Summit County Sheriff Dave Edmunds says he isn’t asking state authorities at this time to impose a ban on firearms use in the county. He said the bigger enforcement problem is fireworks and open fires. And he said the recent rainy weather is just what the doctor ordered. Rick Brough has more.
