The Summit County Council announced Wednesday afternoon that it has reached an agreement to buy the Stone Ridge property, held by Nadine Gilmor, which had been proposed for development. The purchase price is over $7.4 million dollars. Along with the acquisition of the 290 acres, south of Trailside, the deal also settles a series of lawsuits with Gilmor, stretching back nearly a decade. Rick Brough has more.
