In a report submitted to Summit County, Cache County’s attorney writes that, while he wouldn’t file criminal charges against Summit County development director Don Sargent, he would strongly recommend that Sargent be fired for misconduct while acting as a public servant. IN the letter obtained by KPCW through a GRAMA request, Cache County attorney James Swink said that in his county, Sargent’s actions warrant dismissal. KPCW’s Rick Brough reports.
