In the first half of the show, co-hosts Nell Larsen and Chris Cherniak, talk with Jim Dipeso, Vice President for Policy and Communications for a group called Republicans for Environmental Protection, a group that believes that conservation is conservation. Jim talks about their efforts to restore the Republican party’s great conservation tradition, as well as help us understand today’s political landscape surrounding environmental protection. During the second half, Nikki Price with Hawkwatch International is in the studio. Nikki talks about Hawkwatch’s mission, their on going projects and the current state of raptor populations.
